Queue a shared source's documents with one error code again (platform admins)
POST
/v1/admin/shared-sources/{sourceId}/documents/retryQueues the source's failed or skipped documents with the error code again, for example every document skipped as scanned (needs_ocr) once OCR is on. 400 invalid_error_code for other codes. Audited (document.retry_bulk).
