Replace the platform SystemOne settings (platform admins; audited)
PUT
/v1/admin/systemone400 invalid_settings (details.problems lists {field, problem}) for bad values or a feature turned on without a model; 400 invalid_model when modelId is not a SystemOne model. citations and scope may be omitted: their saved settings are kept.
