The team's audit log (owners, admins and editors)
/v1/teams/{team}/auditEditors don't see the team's cost entries (costs.*: its budget, enforcement mode and budget extensions with their reasons), as they can't see its spend (GET /v1/teams/{team}/spend); owners, admins and platform staff do.
