Whether maintenance mode is on, its reason and planned end (session or API key)

While maintenance mode is on, new ingestion is paused: uploads, creating a web source, syncs, page re-fetches, retries and site maps answer 503 maintenance_mode, scheduled crawls wait, queued documents and running crawls park after the current document or page, and settings changes that need re-processing wait. Sign-in, chat, retrieval, the OpenAI-compatible API, reads and platform administration keep working. Clients can check this before starting ingestion.
